WHAT IS THE FOUNDERS PACK?
Founders Packs are essentially a way to pre-order the game, receive Priority Head Start Access to obtain a key before Steam Early Access officially opens to the public, and pick up other special limited edition items such as the posters, t-shirt, art book and more. We are offering 3 different options from $15-$45. Purchasing a Founders Pack via our website is also a huge help in funding the project. More funding means a faster development cycle, earlier release and more content.

HOW LONG WILL FOUNDER PACKS BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Founders Packs are available for a limited time only, which will be up until Steam Early Access Release.

I BOUGHT MY FOUNDERS PACK, WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Gratitude for purchasing an Astral Terra Founders pack! You will receive an email with a payment confirmation and information on how to download your item or access your key once available.

WILL THE PURCHASE OF A FOUNDERS PACK GIVE ME IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO THE GAME?
Founders members will receive instant access to single player Head Start via Steam. Early Access will follow a few weeks afterwards.

WHEN WILL HEAD START BEGIN?
Head Start single player is available now.

WHAT FEATURES ARE IN THE GAME NOW & WHAT IS COMING LATER?
This list will constantly change. Some of these coming soon features like multiplayer are currently in development and should be working by Early Access. For most features, we have the core implemented, these systems just need to be extended upon.

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY ASTRAL TERRA?
The system requirements will change throughout development as the engine is continuously optimized. Currently, we recommend a minimum of a dual core processor, graphics card NVidia GTX550/ATI 6770 or higher with Direct X 10.1+ & 4GB of RAM and a 32 bit Windows OS.

Recommended System Specs: Quad core processor, graphics card NVidia GTX 660/ATI 7870 or higher, 8GB of RAM and a 64 bit Windows OS.

*IMPORTANT* - Astral Terra currently only runs in Windows OS. Windows MAC & Linux support coming with Beta.

WHAT PLATFORMS WILL ASTRAL TERRA BE AVAILABLE FOR?
Astral Terra will be available for Windows PC users at Head Start and beyond. MAC & Linux support coming with Beta.

HOW WILL THE GAME BE DISTRIBUTED?
Astral Terra Head Start, Early Access and Final Release will be on Steam. We will explore other distribution methods such as GOG as final release approaches later this year.

WILL THE GAME HAVE DRM?
Astral Terra will be 3rd party DRM free.

CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER I PURCHASE THE FOUNDERS PACK?
We will honor refunds within 24 hrs of original purchase if the download link in your welcome email has not be accessed. We will not offer refunds after 24 hours or if the link or download has already occurred. Please contact us immediately if you have problems.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
During our Founders program, we are offering Paypal payment options only. Paypal does accept guest checkout and options to pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Amex. Once early access starts, sales will be processed through Steam or paypal via our website.

WHEN ASTRAL TERRA LAUNCHES, WHAT WILL IT COST?
Since we are releasing on Steam, we will be taking their guidance for pricing, so this information could change. Our current plan is to sell the final version for $19.99.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE GAME GOES FROM EARLY ACCESS OR HEAD START TO FINAL RELEASE? AM I GOING TO LOSE EVERYTHING?
Game data is actually stored locally on your machine. You will not lose your creations unless you are on a public server that is wiped through development.

WHO AND WHAT IS SENDOWL?
